9. Subscription & Cancellation

Prospect list subscriptions are billed monthly and are month-to-month. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your account through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months of service. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

10. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of prospect lists and any outreach conducted using our service complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and any other laws governing commercial email, telephone calls, SMS messaging, or direct mail. We provide prospect data compiled from publicly available sources and make no representation regarding the suitability of this data for any specific outreach method.

11. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
